This is a good move to throw enemys out of field

first turn:
contract both pecs extend left hip
contract right hip
grab hands
right bending chest
right bending lumbar
contract abs
extend right glute
contract left glute
space

second turn
extend right knee
extend left knee
space
[edit]
third turn:
raise both shoulders
eventually you have to avoid being pulled out by changing chest rotation and extending right hip
but it works in most of times
